We at TIAH boast of a multitalented faculty who work day and night to train young budding students who dream of joining the aviation industry. One of our prime motives has been to provide world-class training opportunities that are easily accessible to all. We boast professional, experienced and dynamic trainers whose expertise and efforts will give the students wings to fly.
Ritika
Having amassed a wealth of experience of around 8 years, Ritika has worked as a soft skills and behavioral trainer, a neuro-linguistic programming practitioner & a front-line senior cabin crew member in her initial days of aviation career. Ritika has worked with premium airlines. Closer home, during her tenure with Jet Airway and Indigo Airlines she conducted successful training sessions on customer service skills for ground force team and cabin crew. Her job profile included training of new members, conducting refresher/recurrent trainings and implementing training for new SOP’s. She has also assisted in various collaborations including team building exercises for many reputed airlines. To keep abreast with the latest developments & undergone leadership enhancement programs including emotional intelligence and time management.
Shruti
A learning and development specialist Shruti has an experience of more than a decade in hospitality and aviation industry across the Middle East and India. In addition to delivering hospitality training she holds acumen in designing/delivering training, linking operational activities to business strategies and also delivering generic aviation and hospitality training. She can deal with students of multicultural background with equal flair as she has a unique blend of working as an In-flight leader, management consultant, aviation trainer.
Pooja
As a professional with more than ten years of experience, Pooja holds a unique combination of expertise in hospitality industry and many years of experience in the aviation. She's an expert at public speaking and an active Inner Wheel Club member. A few of her training topics include language skills, communication skills, and different aspects of effective communication. As a trainer, she infuses her sessions with sincerity and provides practical, interactive, fun-filled activity-based training to not only meet the individual’s potential but to exceed it.
Gunjan
A seasoned aviation trainer, Gunjan launched her career in 2004 with Air Sahara before moving on to Qatar Airways, the "World's Five Star International Airline". She worked her way up from being Economy Crew to on-board leader and to a trainer. She has a rich experience of more than 14 years.
Astha
Our enrollment consultant whose primary but important role is to coordinate and guide high energy, goal-oriented talents who are willing to pursue their career in Aviation and Hospitality industry. She has a master’s degree in Management, Banking & Financial Services. She has also worked for 5 years in the Banking sector. She strives hard to provide each potential student with best possible information so that they can make the most important decision of choosing the right career for themselves. Truly passionate and dedicated about her work she is always eager to connect with new students and assist them on the admission process of TIAH.
Himani
Having worked for major airlines, she has a rich experience of 14+ years in the aviation sector. Her profile gave her the responsibility to make sure that the grooming standards were being followed by her team members. She has turned her passion of grooming and personality development into a skill set and is flying high on success by continuously training more and more students.
