Hotel Management Internship Programme

This 6-months course has LIVE online classes per week on weekends with each class duration of 2 hours followed with 12 months paid internship.

Every hotel today needs to provide a seamless customer service experience across multiple touch points. Every customer encounter sets the tone for all future interactions across these touch points. That's why organizations can't afford to leave the customer service & experience to chance. This course aims to provide participants with simple and specific interpersonal skills that will help them to exceed customers’ expectations across all customer touch points. To excel in customer service and to have knowledge of hotel`s each departments basic functions this course will be a right choice.
